This has been an incredible month. That's an understatement. This has been the month of the most memorable moment of my entire life. I would sound like a shallow minded fool if I wrote something to effect of the changing of the world in my eyes. The world is the same. The sun still rises and sets like it always has. It does however, rise and set on a new face. I got to watch him experience it for the first time. I get to see him discover his thumbs. I get to watch him realize his world is bigger than an 11" eye span. I get to say I was there to see it all start.
But you're not here to read my paternal ego trip ranting. Many of you have already experienced that through email. Geez, you'd think I was there alone and I built the baby out of clay. I do have a wife. She nurtured this baby nine months before I got to touch him. She had to endure nearly 45 hours (and 5 minutes) of pain.
